Course Description

NCOA Phase II is the second leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It is designed to teach troopers, from Private First Class to Sergeants, the fundamentals, roles, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.

Student Prerequisites

Minimum time in service of 45 days
Minimum Rank of Specialist, or Private First Class if you hold a SL/ASL billet
No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
Completion and graduation of NCOA Phase I

Applications Accepted: Names should be added within 24 hours, if not send the instructor a PM. Failure to attend the course without notifying ahead of time may result in punitive action through your CoC.
