Operational Intent
This week's iteration of Firefight Fridays will be a continuation of Operation Blackhorse Spear, 1st Battalion's effort to conquer the island of Everon from Russian forces.SITUATION:
Russian Forces have mounted a massive offensive operation, catching 1st Battalion on the backfoot. Delta Company has been destroyed south of Saint Phillipe. Charlie Company and Bravo Troop must maintain a forward line and delay the Russian advance until F-15E Strike Eagles from Lakenheath arrive on station.
MISSION:
Charlie Company conducts a retrograde delay to put advancing Russian forces into a killbox for artillery and air power to destroy them.
