Pros:

  • Excellent Work of 7th man Tactics, constantly swapping squads to most advantageous OP which resulted in consolidation of forces in needed locations.
  • Squad embraced the meat grind of mid team, no one was unmotivated during rough points if the game, always looking for the next push.
  • Excellent transition from offense to defense when situation required it.
  • Excellent use of medics, most I've been revived in a CAV operation.
  • Great use of tanks to help infantry progress forward.
  • Red Team Combined for 303 Infantry, 8 OPs, 4 Garrison, and 1 tank destroyed. Highly effective against the enemy, extremely effective on the Mid Point.
Cons:
  • Not much support from the flanks at times due to being very spread out across map. Worked a lot better towards the end of the game.
  • Foy Mid-Point, boo.
  • Lull in command comms after we lost mid-point, about 15-20 minutes were nothing seemed to be happening. After CPT.Swansons speech everything pulled together.

Pros:

  • Great flexing between squads when needed, troopers moved with speed and got right to work
  • Able to get into position pretty consistently, attempting to maintain west flank
  • Good leadership
Cons:
  • We were outshot
  • Cleaner comms

Burgess.S

Pros:
  • Great pressure on the assault with impressive use of smokes and suppressive fire
  • OP placement was immaculate, allowing Red Team to keep the frontal pressure
Cons:
  • Map restricted total paths of advance, but one is all we needed

Pros:

  • 1st time SL for EXFOR, very scattered, but great team. Crashed and held the point on initial push very effectively. Team kept supplies in spawn rotation.
  • Once we split, members moved from squad to squad as requested, great movement.
Cons:
  • Open maps are really tough
  • Praetorian leadership very difficult with communication to commander.. Would be good to have a list of priorities for the squad.. i.e. 1st - crash point, 2nd - flank with red team, 3rd, quick reaction D

Pros:

Great Squad, good coordination between Units and overall in the RED TEAM. Organic fluidity between all troopers and SLs, made the match easier to manage. When the match got tough, we stayed disciplined and no one panicked. Cool as the other side of the pillow. We got the win!

Cons:

RED TEAM ended up being on Objective Defensively essentially the entire game. The flanking elements of the enemy provided issues in our back lines and we had to execute 360 security multiple times.

Corporal Fox.F
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:
First Lieutenant DAmico.J
Corporal Riley.D
Specialist Bonderant.F
Private Rat.L
Specialist Cross.JA
Private Devine.D
Specialist Walton.D

Pros:

  • First time team leading. Not easy. Shout out to all other team leaders. :D
  • D'Amico.J and Riley.D did an amazing job squad leading.
  • Great flexing when needed. Very fast building nodes and getting into the truck. We took the center easily. (though they probably gave it to us).
  • Shout out to Swanson great commanding.
  • Really good spotting for the whole team able to get garrisons and OPs and spotting machine guns.
  • Was a very frustrating game, but we were able hold our composure and take the win.
Cons:
  • A little sloppy adjusting to their flanking strat.
  • My orders need to be more specific, was too generic and hard to implement.
  • I think we need to take more advantage of individual strengths, we have really good players that are held back at times.
