Overall I think we did good. Though we do need a slot list that shows open leadership slots that we 100% need filled at a basic level to allow the Op to function. This to allow tho that wish to bring x equipment can have these preloaded ready.

A proper brief at the start 15-20 mins before start to explain the plan for those that may not have done the event before.
SRS is a huge improvement and will take a bit of adjusting.
It 100% needs to be apart of the RTC brief.

Squadron-1, Perseus-1

In Group:

- SPC.MothM. (Pilot/Command) RCT.Theo.F (Turret-2)

Pros:
- SRS, after initial chaos settled down, worked well and was used in its purpose. All Communication was effective and Correct. Going forward, only those who have got SRS in proper/working condition should be able to join SRS ops, allowing more time to get the operation going.

- Combat Response time was excellent, although ROE needs to be fleshed out, contact who were obviously supposed to be engaged were responded to swiftly. Unknown how effective CAP was, however it was made apparent that light/heavy fighters are crucial in dealing w/ other light/heavy fighters, whom are able to somewhat evade gunships fire (PDCs were not working on the Pers, allowing light fighters to get within close proximity and disrupt crucial components on the Perseus).

Cons:

- At the end of Align and Mine, because the radar contact was busted, and not giving engaged ships their hostile tag, many crewman got crime-stats that would not allow them to approach stations, forcing most of the Squadron to head to Grim Hex to offload. This decision lead to almost immediate engagement upon entering, and lead to a mass cas/rushed effort to unload, which resulted in disorganized handling of cargo. Although there is currently no SOP on cargo handling, it is imperative that next time, we properly exchange cargo in safe zone, instead of heading straight for another hostile zone, whilst traveling through multiple safe zones that we could've regrouped on.

- Let Escorts/Scouts enter a critical/important area (cargo offloading, Very Important Ship handling, etc.) BEFORE said VIS or Cargo ship enters! Although our squadron was rushed to Grim Hex, it is important to gage what possible/potential threats may emerge or are already present in an area to evaluate its potential to complete the task.

Notes:

- Bring back priority list for OP Sign up. A lot of slots are more crucial than others.

Overall a very fun and effective op (until the end)

This was my first large scale operation in Star Citizen ever and I believe the Hathor alignment is a great one to do for beginners in SC.

Also it was my first time using SRS. I know it was mentioned during the op that a How-To course should be made. I don't think it would be a long course because I was given a crash course on how to use it in less than 5 minutes just to get me through the operation. Downloading the program and getting the correct radio list attached was easy enough but my computer had a hard time with the JSON file and I had to do a bit of troubleshooting to get it right. Others might have this issue so before the next op it should be definitely addressed to get everyone familiar and set up with SRS before we go into a fully 100% SRS operation.

I agree that the sign up list could be set a little better with volunteers wanting to take a leadership position. That would be something I'm interested in.

Teamwork and communication was great, I can tell we have a lot of experienced players in this section and that is a huge asset for learning the game and teaching new Star Citizen players.
