Pros
- (ATC/GCI) excellent/responsive. Kept comms sharp
- Anti-ship concept was well received, and kept pilots engaged, although cloud setting, added an unexpected degree of difficulty to the pilots
- Target density high was well received, and kept pilots busy
Cons
- Have different command personnel on different channels (Command/Darkstar). And command should have different callsigns to mitigate confusion
- AWACS saturation (305/289 load). Split AWACS duties or add second platform.
- Spawn distance too close. F14s closed fast. Push to 100-150nm before combat zone.
- IFF issues killed friendlies. System failed/pilot missed. Test IFF pre-flight, suggestion is that pilots add double-check protocol.
- Some pilots reported being overloaded with too many tasks, resulting in reduced effectiveness. Trim target list or add strikers (Especially for new flight leads)
