Go to the overview tab at the top where the opord and slotting list is and pick any of the open spots basiclly. Higher up leadership slots is usually open too people that have the position on milpacs or more qualifications tgrough courses and stuff from within the cav usually bump people when it comes to who get priority on those. Normal trooper slots is also like this but usually always safe though so pick away
