Pros:

• CLS were on 63.0 net and used it to communicate with 7, this is working really well from my stand point
• Not many casualties
• got to hang out with Helios again for the op
• Having the one CLS in each squad was great so I know people were getting stabilized if i was doing something else

Cons:

• Not many casualties
• Not much for 7 to do this op the CLS did a good job getting to the guys fast and getting them back up
• 7 was only used to heal injuries not get troopers back up, I know this is our job but wish there was more stuff for 7's specifically to have to do
• no other 7's but me

Pros:

• Fantastic coordination among the entire Platoon tonight! Gunslinger and Banshee worked hand in hand, Helios was Johnny on the spot with resupply and demo, Raven executed with reinserts and resupply, Gun-7 was right place right time.
• Gun-1 and Gun-2 fantastic Violence of Action during all assaults tonight. Momentum was maintained and Platoon lines were crisp.
• Banshee excellent maneuvering to stay in support of infantry.
• Excellent response to FRAGO by all hands tonight!

Cons:

• Too many radios and not enough ears.
• Squads were pushing the limits of mutual support at times, but we afforded that luxury by Banshee support.
• Frago'd movement plan from Phase 1 to Phase 2 put the Platoon in a position with a Typhoon behind them. We sent it a little too hard too fast.

Sustains:

• Squad worked well together
• FTLs really took some good initiative
• Great assault through first roadblock
• Took no black tags, still had CLS in contact with 7 to coordinate getting injuries healed, shoutout fearful spork for doing that
• Worked well with Banshee throughout
• Troopers loved the CQB. Did a good job, were quick clearing construction buildings

Improves:

• Questionable movement from Phase 1 to Phase 2, ended up driving directly past a typhoon
• Some instances of being out of mutual support with 1, having Alpha and Bravo out of support
• Could've had better coordination with 1 on assaults, falls on both squads here

Pros:

• Very fun all around OP that incorporated everything Helios does as a unit.
• Got to work with 6R for spotting/correction of Fire Missions and work on the mortar tube systems.
• Had great communication on all the nets and PLT/CMD and coordination between re-arm/resupply and being used all over the battlefield for demo/deconstruction work as well.

Cons:

• Not enough personnel to follow original plan to have supplies on at the beginning of OP

Pros:

• Very good radio communication between Raven-1 and Gunslinger-5 for reinsertions.
• Helios-1 patience with Raven-1 during resupply runs was on point.
• All re-inserts went smoothly, and ground forces were compliant with PIC's requests.
