Pros:

• Great teamwork within the team. Both fireteams took great initiative and were able to do well pushing through tough terrain.
• Start of op was well coordinated, full platoon attack on first point went well
• Overall all of the troopers in the squad had a great time, public members worked well within the squad
• Leaders who stepped up last minute did a great job of putting on the op
• Infantry appreciated spending most of the time on foot vs sitting in the back of a truck

Cons:

• Leadership got jumbled right before the start which lead to stagnation after the second objective
• Squad was dissapointed we did not get a chance to hunt down the enemy mortar position
• Platoon net was very crowded with support elements
• Most of the time was spent on foot, so it was a chore to send runners back for vehicles which were only driven a couple hundred meters

Pros:

• Good communication amongst 7 team.
• Clear plan of action and division of tasks.
• Treated a lot of casualties once we started dividing and following Gunslingers 1-3 closely.

Cons:

• No clear request from SL for medical support.
• Most of our interaction and treatment of casualties was due to us witnessing or being in close proximity to them, not due to a direct request.
• A lot of troopers are still unfamiliar with the new ACE Prototype and the potential negative effects of medications, i.e. too much morphine.
