Pros:

• The entire crew had a fun time
• Supplies were delivered to COP, about 4 total runs before it was completely full
• The downed pilot scenario went really well and got to engage some folks on the ground
• Excellent idea and execution for the operation

Cons:

• The supply runs aren't very interesting or engaging, so we had to make a little bit more fun to make up for that

Pros:

• Got alot of flight time and worked well with 2 ship formation
• Alot of good comms with Chaos-1
• Lots of contact at end of OP
• Proper SEAR with fallen angel
• Picked up 2 of downed crew under fire
• 2 mayday calls with successful landings

Cons:

• AI on terminator mode
• not really much CAS work tonight
• glitches with our airframes at the start of op

Pros:

• Liked the mission concept moving through the town + insurgents
• First timers enjoyed the slides and the planning, appreciate the work from CoC.
• Worked well as a team, both FTLs were doing it for the first time, one in his first op.
• Easy took over SLing after MacMillan went down, smooth after it was clear.
• Checkpoint Truck was fun
• Great coordination moving to obj w Viking 2

Cons:

• Disorganized after we hit the town
• 1hr 15 mins before we saw contact after a mass casualty event
• 3 Choppers hovering at some point
• Long drive, disorg and transport out
• As the op went on we dwindled down to 5 pax.
• Server stability/connection issues/frequent disconnects
• Felt like a lot was happening and nothing was happening - some chaos
• 2nd squad wipe for 1 at the first obj, some confusion due to Rust.
• Lots of walking back and forth

Suggested improvement: Quick leaders brief before stepping off?

Pros:

• New players had fun working with the Cav
• Sierras seemed to work well with the new mods.
• Side missions are a nice touch and add to immersion

Cons:

• Seemed the plan did not go as explained in the briefing.
• Light on contact, only one real engagement for the entire op
• One trooper was reinserted into a hot zone, killed immediately, then the pilot crashed leaving him abandoned at MOB for the second half of the op.
• Hard to get in communication with 6 as they were pushing with 2 squads in a different AO

Pros:

• Liked the mission concept. Ad hoc objectives are very fitting to Bravo Troop.
• Worked well as sections with flanking manoeuvres and perimeter security.
• Good time with Z.

Cons:

• Whopsie with the convoy pushing through, into contact.
• A little it too much Norwegian conversations.
• Helicopters were flying too low over some of the active objectives, causing crossfire situations.
