Pros:
  • Numerous objectives conducted under night & low-light conditions without complication
  • Good team communication and decent acknowledgment/echoing of commands
  • All element members generally alert and responsive to commands
  • Many instances of quick and accurate react to contact
  • Many instances of swift action to pull back casualties and render aid
  • Excellent response time from medical units to tend to casualties
  • Initial assaults went pretty textbook with some exceptions
  • Great inter-squad maneuvering onto Obj 3 with quick pivot in retreat
Cons:
  • Sierra crews did excellent work but were challenged by extremely aggressive anti-armor
  • Slow pivot off of airfield following Obj 3 retreat due to disabled Sierra and downed element leader
  • Occasional lapses in accountability resulting in individuals downed or left behind
  • Insufficient 7.62 rearm in field resulted in strained fire rates
  • Slow to recover leadership structure after initial element leader disconnect

Pros:
  • Good fun had by all troopers. They enjoyed the overall mission premise and how it unfolded.
  • A different and fresh mission with simultaneous objectives, necessary fallbacks and defensive positions.
  • Brilliant performance by squad with exemplary teamwork and communication. Even when things got tough or seemed overwhelming everyone remained on point and focused.
  • Neutralised multiple squads of enemy and mechanised/motorised targets. Brilliant opportunity for AT training and Russian platform familiarity.
  • Target rich environment with a nice split of daytime/nightime engagement within.
  • Squad enjoyed the attack on the camp and artillery position. Good reaction to contact and shifting of position to combat this.
  • Immersive reaction to turning point in mission. Assault on artillery position and subsequent US show of hand made for an interesting scene.
  • Spot reps and target acquisition was plentiful allowing squad to understand where the enemy was.
  • Cracking sierra team which seemed to be everywhere with brilliant reactions and excellent support.
  • Ideal platoon level comms allowed for clean and concise movement orders, sit reps and information to be passed at pace. 5-6 excellent.
  • VOSTOV on point at providing medical care and always seemed to be there when needed.
Cons:
  • IDF can make or break a defensive position. Static reaction to it and subsequent checking of buddies/squad needed. Some people left unattended due to this.
  • ACRE 343 issues.
  • Squad members need to be made aware when a leadership position is unconscious.
