Area of Operation: The city of Tarkov, Norvinsk Special Economic Region of Russia

Operation Date/time: 30JUN2021 - 1300Z (9:00am EDT) Time will adjust as needed for server up

Scenario:

After the success of their initial collaborative mission, Operation New Castle, the United Nations in Tarkov (UNTAR), and Detachment 5620 of the 7th Cavalry Regiment were blindsided by a large-scale coordinated strike perpetrated by several of the criminal organizations in the region. The attack destroyed much of the UNTAR logistical capabilities as well as the equipment and weapon staging and storage areas. As a result of these actions by the armed locals, Russian authorities have locked down the city of Tarkov's only port in an attempt to stem the flow of contraband to hostile agents inside the city. This situation has left the members of Det 5620 under-equipped and vastly outgunned in the area and unable to source resupplies through conventional methods. Command has authorized the use of scavaging tactics over the next 24 hours to acquire a sizable cache of usable weapons, ammunition, personal body armor, medical supplies, and food stores for use in the coming weeks.

Mission:

Patrol and scavenge from the following locations:

• Chemical Factory #16
• Industrial Park
• The Priozersk Natural Reserve
• Azure Coast Health Resort
• ULTRA shopping mall
• Federal State Reserve Agency base

Make contact with local black market and underground dealers in the area to secure equipment and provisions:

Enemy Forces:

• Armed non-military locals
• Ataman of various gangs and their bratok's protecting them
• Former PMC's working local criminal organizations
• TerraGroup PMC's

Success Criteria:

Secure significant supplies to maintain combat effectiveness in the coming weeks.
