Pros:

  • Good communication with Hitman - 7, Misfit-5R and Bandit-5R
  • Excellent reinsertions all over the AO, we made approximately 10 trips with approximately 20 PAX
  • Supplies were done well, we even got to do a mobile resupply
  • Good landings
  • No assets or personnel lost from Buffalo
Cons:
  • Less action than desired from the Door Gunner

Pros
  • Everyone had fun and enjoyed it!
  • Several new players in the section.
  • Pace of the operation was good.
  • Platoon movement seemed good.
  • Communication in the section and over platoon was good. I need improvement on Platoon communication and providing SITREP.
Cons
  • Had some technical bugs at the beginning where I couldn't see the map or markers properly.
  • My communication on Platoon needs improvement. Forgot to get on the convoy net at the end and drove way ahead of the company.
  • Need dedicated vehicles per section. It was very confusing at the end getting vehicles.
  • Struggling with the 6 man squads and how to split up properly.

Pros

  • First time as PL was excellent. Mission success and very low casualty count.
  • SL's understood and executed plan supremely well and made my job pretty easy all OP.
  • Kudos to 5R for stepping up when 6R was MIA
  • Pace, Scale, and Operational Scope was very well done!
  • Great work cross-loading between squads.
Cons
  • I can cut down on some of my overcommunication during PLT brief.
  • Need to work on Ambush tactics.
  • Company sized fraggo based on lack of contact put a big time crunch on my PLT.

Pros
  • Intersquad communication was excellent as well as formations executed by the squad.
Cons
  • Bandit - 4 didn't get much action during the OP. We were stuck in support by fires most of the time and the first one never had any targets.

  • Squad Enjoyed the added "CQB" with clearing the compound.
  • Squad movement was fluid.

Pros:
  • Fantastic Fireteam Leadership
  • Excellent initiative from troopers
  • Squad gelled well together and maneuvered of their own accord

Cons:
  • Really crappy convoy
  • Comms were a mess at several key moments. Leaders need to learn when to let the net breathe and just speak face to face.
  • Poor leadership briefs from some leaders causing troopers to be completely unaware of what the convoy makeup was, what vehicles they were assigned to, and their role in the convoy.

Pros

  • First Company level operation in a long time.
    • Excellent work with the OPORD. All of PLT staff was involved and added to an amazing experience.
    • For future Operations we should split the OPORD to different documents to avoid confusion. With the effort required and the result output we should look for a way to award effort connected with writing good OPORDS for platoon staff as well.
  • Server performance did not seem to be impacted significantly by the amount of players or AI, making me look positively towards bigger scale operations.
  • Convoy was wonky, but ended in a desired state, making this a point in favour.
    • Could add vehicle type to the order of march table, not just the order.
    • Forgot to specify where overflow were supposed to go (6 man squads, 5 man vehicles) which caused some confusion. Make sure we don't gloss over the staging slide and cover it in full.
  • Pacing felt good.
    • Resupply was done, albeit a bit far away in some instances.
      • Worth noting there was a supply plan in place, which had to be adjusted in order to accommodate premature displacement across phase lines.
    • From reports Reinserts had no trouble getting to where they had to be.
    • Great work by the PSGs on both points.
  • Buffalo was providing excellent shuttle services to company staff.
    • Hopefully not too intrusive.
    • Shoutout to Bandit 5 Romeo for providing a pickup-request.
  • Both Platoons adapted well to the FRAGO at the final objective.
Cons
  • Breached phase line Alpha before the platoons were in place.
  • Gave up Security of Tyrone outside of schedule.
  • Too many RTOs for platoon staff.
    • Could have made use of a 2-man Helios team instead.
  • Exfil convoy was sloppy at best.
    • Could have been clarified in the OPORD by myself as the exfil was briefed as an end state.
  • Lax discipline on uniform.
    • Headwear selection ranged from ACHs to soft tops, beanies and boonies. We should issue a uniform standard, covering the AO.
