• Everybody enjoyed the Operation
• Great teamwork and coordination within the element
• New troopers enjoyed their experiance as first or second OP

• Server performance issues
• Some small spacing issues within the element
• Some small situation awareness issues

Pros

• Communication over command voice was good. I didn't find many people stepping on each other.
• Interesting concept, seemed to work out well.
• Prep work by S3 and S5 was awesome and really appreciated!
• Huge turnout!
• Good to see Regi HQ come to the operation.
• Really good bounding (successive and alternate bounding)!

Cons

• Server issues. Low TPS and health at times. Will be resolved once the server stuff is figured out.
• Situational awareness of where you are standing. If it was PvP, some people would have been smoked.

Pros

• Great Communication at squad and leadership level
• Good movement between fire team and buddy team bounding.
• Sectors of fire were great.
• Everyone had a blast.
• Great immersion
• Dealt with mass CAS's a few time (Big Shoutout to Malave with 24 revivals)

Cons

• Ghost Gun Strikes again
• Situational awareness, some PID's were not confirmed... could be from dsync...

• One of the best OP's they have been apart of.
• Amazing Communication and Minimal Deaths.
• Immersion was top notch.

• Desync and server health
• Ghost Gun and Helicopter MBT turrets

Pros

• Overall communication was excellent. Comms were clear and concise.
• Great teamwork and movement from individual elements
• Great Immersive lore attached to the operation that definately raised morale.
• Fun was had
• Despite a number of Mass Casuality situations, cool heads prevailed and incidents were dealt with correctly.
• Regimental turn out was a great to see and the troopers appreciated it.

Cons

• Server performance was the biggest issue of the operation. It couldn't keep up with the expectations Frey had from the operations and concessions and cut backs had to be made.
