Pros:

  • No black tags under Atlas care
  • The contact seemed pretty balanced
  • Plenty of medical to do tonight.

Cons:

  • The platoon movement felt sloppy in phase 3 and 4
  • Squads weren't within mutual support of each other at times
  • Atlas got left behind at KT-4
  • Feels like I'm chopped liver on platoon net, contact -7 and give accurate info about casualties

Pros:

  • Lots of AA to dodge and destroy
  • Got a couple of Air kills, and the FW fight ended with the SU-25 getting shot down with the main cannon
  • After getting damaged, I limped the aircraft back to base

Cons:

  • AA was thick during the SEAD portion, outranged the Warthog
  • Infantry was very quick and took out a lot of vehicles

Pros:
  • Great inter-flight comms
  • Great comms with 5
  • Great use of different airframes and swapping between them
  • NVGs are a fun challenge in the 47
  • Great turn out and great mission overall
  • Good transition of control with re-inserts and supply drops
  • Good dynamic change of flight plans throughout operation
  • Had crew in all birds for most of the operation
  • Always love to be part of the exfil!
  • Good amount of re-inserts and supply
Cons:
  • Some flight issues with a crash or 2
  • One aircraft seemed to be a target as no others were targeted at all

Pros:
  • Difficult op
  • Lots of contact
  • Great reaction to contact, lots of different angles
  • CQB was top-notch
Cons:
  • Planning and execution could have been better
  • Could have used more ISR
  • SL comms needs improved

Pros:

  • Platoon leadership communicated very well, ensuring the platoon was on the move.
  • Alpha Co. was on top of getting troops and resupply in and getting troops out of AOs quickly.
  • Misfit-4 was on top of keeping SBF positions held and keeping the enemy's heads down so that Misfit-1 and Misfit-2 could assault objectives.
  • Squads were able to deal with multiple vehicles quickly and with light casualties.
  • Atlas quickly took care of casualties and made sure that the platoon was in fighting shape.
  • Misfit-6 gave clear orders on what needed to be done, which allowed for smoother movement through objectives.

Cons:

  • Squad leaders' communication needs some work.
  • Ensuring SLs communicate with the right members of platoon HQ would be good.
  • It was a shame that we only got one member of the 101st.
  • Use of OpFor equipment.
  • Blue on blue perusual.

Pros:

  • Fun
  • Coordination
  • Good AI
  • Squad CQB was tight
  • PCC/PCI
  • React to Contact especially off the first LZ
  • Aces
  • TRPs
  • Fire Commands to ARs
  • secession of command quick when I'd go to sleep
  • Good bounding
  • Gibbs demoing trucks at all the objectives - secure effective controlled dets
  • I thought the platoon comms were good; squad comms excellent

Cons:

  • security could have been better
  • blu/blu / lack of PLs that led to this on planned assaults
  • lack of intraplatoon rebalancing of supplies in lieu of resupply

Pros:

  • Got to shoot some Hellfire's and spot for Hog
  • Very cool trying the drone

Cons:
  • Enemies spawned too close. No time to call and engage
  • AA was a nightmare, further than visual range on Reaper

Pros:

  • Excellent work from aviation tonight.
  • Overall, it was a fun mission.
  • Excellent work from the weapons squad.
  • Handled objectives designed for a more significant force effectively.
  • Good medical work.
Cons:
  • Blue on Blue (as always).
  • Use of OPFOR equipment (another frequent issue).
  • The briefed plan was disregarded by squads, leading to massive separation of our already understrength forces and needless casualties.
  • Despite damage threshold and equipment changes, the tendency to constantly push the operational pacing inhibited coordinated movement, planning, or briefing. This presented itself several times tonight and led to a very underwhelming leadership experience.
  • Awful turnout from the infantry POV (less than three full squads) and the other community (1 out of a briefed 10-20).

Pros:
Good team to work with
Surgeon was teaching advanced surgery to newer Atlas member
Scope of mission seemed pretty good

Cons:
Severe lack of bodies
1 member of the friendly unit showed up for a joint op
Atlas abandoned multiple times while doing complex procedures
Coagulation was broken and not working leading to troopers bleeding for extended periods where usually smaller wounds would close
Combat pill packs seemed a little wonky and were sometimes only giving one use when full, they should be giving 6 uses per pack
All together troopers just seemed very unprofessional and the op seemed pretty lax
