Pros:
Survived the Op with 4 people and a sparrow crew supporting in CAS.
650m AT4 BTR shot :D


Cons:
Loadouts need sorting to make push off quicker. Always annoying having to dump 50 quick clots and other double kit.
Horrible attendance

Pros:
  • Fire commands were given quickly and effectively


Cons:
  • Loadouts need sorting to make push off quicker. Being rushed to load an entire vehicle from the default inventory is something mission controllers can eliminate to reduce time at arsenals and can also remove the concept of arsenals at the begging of ops. We have standard gear across the regiment and should have standard compositions to follow. Doesn't allow for proper briefing and remarks from leadership roles because leadership is occupied loading the vehicle with gear only leadership knows about from leaders brief.
  • Horrible attendance. Format of operations could use revision. They do not allow for a proper representation of the training done by sections/squads. If more input wanted please contact me about this issue.
  • Breaking contact not performed in situations where the enemy was visibly manoeuvring to overwhelm position ; lead to mass casualty of bandit-1 and forced us to break contact under enemy fire superiority - and taking more casualties in the process.
