Pros:
  1. Good Comms with 6, Hog and Buffalo/Sparrow
  2. Lots of contact
  3. Excellent aviation by all aircraft

Cons:
  1. My own lack of knowledge made the first few calls difficult
  2. Comms at the end about a motorized platoon weren't acknowledged

Pros:
Supported each other.
Did the jobs we were asked to do a good level.

Cons:
Server Crash.
Issues with equipment boxes.
Issues with Lost equipment.
Hard to work without our own vehicle.
Don't put Viking - 4 in Viking - 5 vehicle, as Viking - 5 needs to maneuver, but we need to get equipment out of the vehicle constantly.
Enemy GMG really accurate.
We are doing too many jobs outside of SBF.
Please add 240 Gunner to Loadouts for Viking - 4.

Pros:

  • There was plenty medical and it was diverse
  • The Atlas units reacted to contact and IDF well
  • The comms in 56 were pretty good throughout the Op
  • The calls from the Viking squads were quick whenever they took any level of casualties

Cons:

  • The main problem is we never had time to rotate yellow tags to be treated
  • The initial movement out of staging could've been better when we were trying to take care of the barricade. We just need more practice doing combat engi stuff.
  • We need to slot up roles we need versus what we want, we had alot of issues with a lack of Sierra crews

Pros:
  • Fun
  • Godfather did a great job keeping me on my toes with MANPADS etc
  • CHAOS did great for his first ever op as a FAC
  • Pretty good coordination with ground

Cons:
  • Couple of odd pushes by blufor vics into enemy armour platoon -- worked out alright but wasn't the most tactically sound decision probably without native blufor armour

Element Callsign: Atlas-6
Element Leader: First Lieutenant Sam.T

Pros:
  • Great work from the medical teams.
  • Excellent implementation of the demo/breaching teams.
  • The workload for the mixed platoon composition significantly improved, with an excellent casualty workload and sufficient obstacles/objectives for reduction.
  • Communication between squads, platoons, inter-platoons, and companies was excellent tonight! This was significantly better than previous FTXs, including Atlas-3 and 4 in play and medical teams.
  • Trooper-level aid/buddy aid was excellent.
  • Hog looked wicked in the overhead, smashing stuff. I heard "Man, I love that sound" several times throughout the OP.
Cons:
  • Having equipment, roles, and modernized SOPs for working demolitions between two teams or changing the composition to have 1x larger team for better cohesion.
This was the best Troop-level FTX I'd seen all year. It felt like we operated as a Bravo Troop, not just a single platoon with an attachment. Having additional tasking on the table for the support platoon that makes sense supporting an adjacent force on top of our bread and' butter medical work does wonders for keeping the entire platoon engaged.

Pros:
  • Excellent and fast response from air support on request
  • Fantastic action maneuvers from the Stryker Wing
  • Excellent LACE and SITREP reports when asked

Cons:
  • Don't copy and paste vehicles. The inventory and crates don't copy over.
  • Severe lack of vehicle crews
  • Bad call on my part to put Viking-4 into my Stryker. They needed their own vehicle to work autonomously.

Pros:
Great squad banter
Great teamwork
Good use of skills learned through the month to reduce obstacles quickly and safely

Cons:
Platoon comms could be a bit better from my side, need to communicate more with the other squads in the area
Need to be sure to actually assign roles to team members instead of just letting everyone do everything

Pros:

  • Great communication of intent and platoon organization
  • Great job keeping overall momentum despite heavy contact conditions.
  • Fun mission with excellent use of Bravo Troop's available assets

Cons:

  • Better JTAC integration/radio-work from SL would've lead to more lethality in our lane.
  • Due to the lack of Striker crews, it felt like cohesion between our squad and our Sierra was stretched thin.
  • Resupply became an issue because the kit we loaded into the Sierras became lost on server restart, stuff happens.

Hats off to the mission creation team this one was a lot of fun!

Overall, this was one of the best Bravo FTX's i have attended in recent times and the best since my reenlistment a year ago.

The pro's here do not speak for how much fun we had as ATLAS-1 for this FTX. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and i was extremely impressed with my dudes progress on using infantry skills both when approaching a casualty and general movement across the battlefield chefs kiss

Pros:
  • Two amazing Care Under Fire Drills performed by my medics, both in the woods and on arrival to CCP Church
  • React to IDF was used
  • React to contact drills effected, with buddy team striking right.
  • Medics within the squad pulled good security without asking and moved in formation where necessary.
  • Medics Autonomously came off casualties and returned fire/pulled security when our CCP was taking fire.
  • Excellent Coms with V-7 and Atlas-6
  • We got to do a lot of medical.

Neutral:
  • IDF wrecked our vehicle
  • 1 Black tag under care, lack of buddy aid resulting in death via cardiac arrest
  • I had to deconflict opposing orders from Atlas-6 and V-7.

Cons:
  • I had a mental breakdown attempting to give a LACE report to Atlas-6
  • Slow pace to the start of the operation
  • Mission Crash
  • Obvious Platoon CCP not utilized correctly
  • Quite a few yellow Cas did not return for treatment for the entire Operation.
