Morning folks,

Long time no see!

Some of you may remember me, I joined the Cav back in 2011 as a squeaky 16 year old but I quickly find myself approaching the big 30 and now working as a Police Officer.

Spent most of my time in Charlie and ended up as the CO for a while before stepping back to the SGT level. I've really missed playing Arma and I know a few of the old cats are still knocking around.

I'd love to re-join but my work schedule results in me never having the same days off each week which will make it difficult to consistently attend SP.

Welcome back to the Cav. Jake if I remember right I was Charlie was my roots in 1/1/C. Always good to have old members returning. Sadly many of the 2012/2013 gang have moved on but the Cav is still kicking.

If you are interested in rejoining, but can't commit to regular SPs, I recommend checking out the option to re-enlist into reserves.

It looks like you are eligible for it, and you'd only have to sign the weekly RC.

Hi Albright and thanks for the reply!

This is definitely something I would be interested in as it would allow to be still be part of the organisation but attend practices when my schedule allows.

Hey there Clarke, I do remember ya man.

You were C/1-7 CO when I first enlisted and joined Charlie Co in OCT12. Tully was my fireteam leader (Ah the old old days lol). I believe you were at my first ever operation, Black Mamba.

Good to see you again! We'll have to catch up some time.

Feels like such a long time ago now... can't believe where it's gone?

I believe I made that operation with one of my oldest friends at the time, Thornton, if you remember him?

I do believe I remember Thornton, though I think he retired several months after I joined so I never got a good chance to know him.

Thanks for checking in! Definitely check out the reserves — you'll be able to play whenever it suits you. We have a few other games now, too; still Arma, Hell Let Loose, Squad, DCS World, and Microsoft Flight Simulator. Hope to see you around :)
