Pros:
  • Good amount of work to do
  • Learning experience for newer people to the KAT medical system
  • Good proximity and use of vehicle to troops for very fast response times for causalities
Cons:

  • Miscommunication with ATLAS-2 and 7 resulting with bad grids/crossing lanes
  • In team communications needs work. Too many chefs
  • Close near blue on blue CAS. Needed to take cover and was miracle nobody was hit
  • Hard to teach/explain KAT when time is a factor for bad red causalities

Pros

  • High level of autonomy from the squads.
  • Excellent atmosphere.
  • I loved interacting with Company HQ and the extra immersion from that.
  • Flexibility from squads tonight was tremendous.

Cons
  • Clearance was hit or miss at times, with buildings missed.
  • I felt the reliance on technology, with requests for cTab marks and live location data.
  • The above led to conflicting maneuvers and close calls with blue on blue.
  • VIP Building was reduced by infantry during the assault, despite VIP presence being emphasized in the briefing.

Pros:
  • The boots on the ground push through a city was really cool.
  • I enjoy the technological limitations.
  • The comms between 7 and myself were very quick and concise.
  • The buddy aid and CLS care was great tonight.
  • The immersion tonight was good, lots of different small events around was cool to see.
Cons:
  • Some of the plan was not followed properly.
  • Not a bunch of medical to do in my team.
  • One of the black tags we had got 40x large wounds on the torso.

Pros:

  • Fun and enjoyable
  • Positioning and movement was top tier.
    • Fundamental skills were on display tonight through ACE reports, Spot reports, and fire team leaders.
    • The squad maintained the line and went through the methodical MOUT of the operation.
    • Great command and control through additional platoon phase lines and COI markings for controlling the tempo of the manoeuvre.
      • Shoutout to CPL.Zaren.T
  • The operation was very immersive with the adjacent units.
  • Atlas was on point from the trailing.
  • Gunslinger 5 did an excellent job with keeping the platoon supplied.
  • Gunslinger 7 did a great job guiding the Atlas units towards the casualties.
    • Would love some communication if the reaction is done on own initiative.
Cons:
  • We need more phase lines from platoon. Could have helped Gunslinger 1 maintain command and control. Unknown what they had in group.
  • Too much fragmentation for a MOUT environment through 40mm or M67.
    • Forgot flashbangs as mission critical equipment.
  • React to IDF (AGS) was sloppy at best. We need more suppression.
  • Close blue on blue.
    • We had some really competent pilots tonight. At this point, blue on blue needs to be mitigated any way we can and danger close calls for fire needs to be passed down the platoon net.
  • Support by fire was too much for the last OBJ, bringing it down and the assets to be recovered with it.

Pros
  • Enjoyed the theme, cutting back on the technology and improving focus on the fundamentals
  • Really well put together mission with some nice obstacle placement, set pieces, atmosphere etc.
  • Solid plan from -6 which broke the objective up sensibly and allowed for autonomy.
  • Great work from Venom-1 in transport,

Cons
  • Couldn't get comms from Gun-1 on the platoon net, TFAR glitch?
  • Wish the utility pilots could have more tasking, but it's also a sign of success on the ground
  • Close rocket runs

Pros:
  • Guys had fun
  • good inter squad comms
  • Good SBF into the VIP building so Bandit 2 could get into the compound
Cons:
  • 40MM/AT4 into the VIP building
  • Fireteam went rouge, not clearing buildings, was fixed
  • Had a good Assault Point into VIP building butt was put on SBF
  • Comms Issues
