Pros

• Mission was well put together
• Mission was enjoyable
• Mission had the right scope for the amount of Attendees
• Good leadership and communications within the Team and Element

Cons

• Still need work how to approach downed troopers
• Clearer execution on orders from FTLs
• Imersionbreaking when UH60 landed on a metal rooftop
• Not really implementing formations through the Operation

Pros :

• Good communication between Squads
• Aerial assets used efficiently
• Flexibility of the team matched the mission

Cons :

• LZ awareness ( size, ability of pilot )
  • All LZ's called out by infantry SL's were 100% do-able but by moving 50-100 yards on foot, better accessible LZ's were likely available. My ability to pilot Aerial assets will of course improve but thinking about the lowest common denominator here

Pros:

• Communication was good (except for a minor breakdown in direct comms)
• We completed the objective.
• Had a blast, first time being the OIC. It felt like the mission went very well.
• Well paced mission and the bots felt set up very well.

Cons:

• Breakdown in communication due to issues with the game.
• Exfil didn't go as planned due to the roof's location.
• Need continued work on using the 3 D's.

Pros

• Solid mission and excitement as door gunner
• Felt honored to be trusted as a helicopter pilot on an op so early into my Cav gaming career
• I love any excuse to fly

Cons

• Confusion over LZ accessibility delayed launch of op
• Lack of CAS helicopter option or follow on mission forced Element leader to suggest own missions to command (aerial reconnaissance and then merging with Buffalo 1 to server as door gunner for impromptu CAS)
• Lack of opportunities to earn awards, such as Air Medal, except as door gunner for Buffalo 1. Would have liked to shine more in my first Op as a Knight Hawk aviator.
• Lack of participation hampered the op in general

Pros :
-Good Pacing
-Enemy wasn't OVER over whelming to the point of not being fun
-Communication was Good over the small force we had

Cons :
-Wasnt a full Squad and fit more as a fire team.
-Lack of AT assets for dealing with Armor, Had to rely on CAS/
