Pros:
  • We got them down to one garrison even though we were at a significant disadvantage
  • Good use of 7man to flex troopers to our only OP behind enemy lines
  • Fun concept, just needs a few tweaks.
  • My squad kept our spirits up considering we were running 8-9 grid squares after each death. Running simulator.
Cons:
  • A SL that had our battle plan was pulled to the other team last minute leaving us to scramble for replacement.
  • Sections were split. We practice together and like to play together, getting split up affects morale.
  • Map selection didn't make sense.
  • We didn't do a good job at adjusting mid game, we needed more AB OP's behind their lines and we just didn't have that.
  • Last minute change regarding half-tracks wasn't communicated effectively which put our infantry at a disadvantage.
  • Not giving the infantry at least one garrison was terrible for them.
  • Platoons were split up to balance things and the teams were still very unbalanced. I'd prefer to fight with the people I practice with for better cohesion.

Corporal Noriega.D
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element: Corporal Moreau.M Specialist Agazzi.J

Pros:

  • Search and destroy Garrison mission as a FTX, it was relevant to our Airborne doctrine
  • Game plan was well thought out and executed.
  • Squad was efficient and verbal
  • Commander play was great
  • AB east of point comms were quick and concise
Con:
  • Leadership comms towards the 2nd half of the Op got sloppy
  • Tank support after taking Yamki east of point would have been great.
  • After taking the point enemy was able to get behind my AO with a jeep (planting OPs) and pretty much fucked us the whole match
  • Half tracks were a no go so why did the enemy spawn one?
  • Due to the nature of the mission. My squad, after losing all but 1 garrison. Patrolled 6-8 grid squares. Which, imo is fine by me. But it lowered the morale of my troopers.
