Technical issue:
  • Server-wide disconnects / Connection loss for 1/3rd of the players which happened and 2 separate occasions.
  • TFAR Radio issues between EAGLE Flight (F/A-18) and Forward Air Controller (CHAOS-1). Pilots had to resort to backpack radios and they had to be reset every time they spawned back at the carrier.

Pros:
  • Fun OP
  • Good use of Viking-5 for rearm, repair, and reinserts
  • Good planning by Viking-6
Cons:
  • Large amount of radio nets to listen in on.
  • Random disconnects
  • Lack of Armor targets for Sierra

Pros:
  • Atlas did some great work tonight!
  • Good operation overall
  • Good coms between the squad AKA Platoon by the size of us
  • Fantastic buddy aid tonight from the troopers
Cons:
  • Movement could be better for the squad
  • Low infantry contact mainly just a lot of MG positions and or static weapons
  • RPG awareness within the squad, we would take one, call it out and yet no response, that falls onto myself
  • Stryker's felt somewhat pointless tonight from Sierra tonight. They were more of a magnet from ATGMs and RPGs so they couldn't perform well tonight sadly.

Pros:
  • Fun OP, well designed, well briefed
  • Great fun flying and functioning as a formation
  • Solid planning and workflow sharing among Ravens
  • Good frame rates and performance despite the persistent low fog
  • Great to use the Littlebirds
  • 10-12 reinserts and an EPW extraction
Cons:
  • Comms were sub-optimal
  • Often times we went untasked
  • We felt under-utilized in general
  • The KICK! Affected all Ravens, half of Eagle, Chaos and a couple other people. No BattleEye or Steam or PBO warning.... just a kick message.

Pros:
  • Amazing medical turnout at the start! Nearly 2x full medical teams, most of which were billeted medics!
  • Massive thanks to the handful of 68Ws that dropped from the medical teams to help fill out the infantry.
  • Decent amount of casualties considering the mechanized nature and lower initial turnout.
  • CLS work from Viking-1 was excellent, and the handoff from their SL at one point was dope!
  • Good amount of fractures, 1x complex and a good spread of simples.
  • Got to run some newer medics through medical training and medical SOPs (CCP establishment, advanced cardiac treatment).
  • Generally the team performed excellently, working through 1:1 casualty to medic ratios easily.
Cons:
  • Low infantry turnout, 1.5-2 squads at step off. Great to see all the medics present, suboptimal having to pull them out of their desired roles to help bolster the infantry squads.
  • Discovered cardiac tamponade not presenting with degrading SPo2, and possibly cardiac arrest as well. Had 2x casualties expire under care due to their SPo2 bottoming out due to cardiac tamponade.
  • Server issues were felt across the platoon.

Pros:
  • KAT practice for newer less medical personnel with complex chest wounds
  • Got exciting at the end and in other places
Cons:
  • Little medical work to do throughout OP
  • Boredom and frustration in squad. Lead to one rage quit
  • Right flank exposed in 4.3 lane
  • Overloaded on radios
  • Low numbers

Pros
  • Good company in the Viking-6 Sierra. We all had fun.
  • Elements executed very well, good independent action despite being on the very edge of mutual support range, no need for shift fire
  • Excellent work from Viking-4 in delivering IDF on targets
  • Viking-5/7 Sierra did great work maintaining sustainment, the POWs and re-inserts.
Cons
  • Low numbers - lots of ground to cover
  • some strange server disconnect issues
  • Should've moved up the Viking-4 MFP so they could utilise direct fires for SBF.
