Pros:
Team was on point
Great work in the ccp, tons of reds and the guys were just on the ball
No blacktags under Atlas care
Great reaction to casualties

Cons:
Atlas didn't really feel needed on the boat
KAT bug with King LT caused issues with reviving a patient
Quite a few points where troopers left under care
Self aid was pretty lackluster

Pros:
  • Squad had a lot of fun! Excellent mission scope and scale! OPFOR were tough but fair. Environment was excellent. Way to step out of the cookie cutter mission set!
  • Individual trooper discipline within the squad was excellent, buddy aid and self aid were on point. No black tags from Misfit-1.
  • Performing the patrolling SBF/overwatch with the boat was a challenge and a welcome addition!
  • Good work by the MC's tonight. I could feel the RC presence without feeling like you were just trying to murder us outright...just make it hard. Reactionary elements were well maneuvered and appropriately placed and felt really organic! Kudos!!
Cons:
  • Noise/Light/Laser discipline was not executed during land movement phases.
  • The whole platoon failed to really get in sync it felt
  • There were some individual soldier discipline issues, it felt like not everyone was switched on and focused on the task
  • The last CON made the OP which would have lent itself to an extra-immersive experience that was high-stakes feel a bit more like a TacR meme-ish experience. There is a lot of time for games (we are playing one after all), but being able to flip that switch makes everyone's experience much more enjoyable.

Pros:
  • Great operation concept. Presented a great opportunity to utilise a patrol boat and conduct small unit tactics.
  • Always love missions with an emphasis on Stealth
  • Enormous amount of work from mission makers evident in well thought-out set pieces
  • I loved the scope of mission which has lots of potential to be continued as an ongoing format.
  • Excellent work from 1 Atlas Team dealing with that volume of casualties
Cons:
  • The professionalism on display didn't match the expectations from limited and role-specific slotting. Would love to see this format be associated with a higher standard of MILSIM.
    • Some simple procedures and drills weren't followed
      • Self and Buddy Care
      • IR/Laser discipline
      • Reaction to contact was slow, weight of fire wasn't often prioritised
      • Needless risk in individual movements at times
  • Don't use frag grenades for ship clearing!

Pros:
  • Conceptually, awesome operation.
  • Objectives completed successfully.
  • CQB on the destroyer looked and sounded awesome, very challenging environment.
  • Marksmanship from our designated marksman was awesome, being able to prosecute at least one target on shore from the destroyer.
  • Great work from Atlas working through a MASCAL on the X.
Cons:
  • Lack of individual soldier professionalism and discipline.
  • Overly liberal and obvious use of remote controlling.
  • "Bad frags" and general use of explosives inside the destroyer during clearance. This can be linked back into the first con.
