Non-7th Cavalry Within Element:

Pros:
-Fun Operation.
-Good Comms especially with command of the squad transferring multiple times.
-Room clearing and building clearing went like clockwork and textbook execution.
-Very good call outs and engagements against enemy forces with Infantry and Sierra.

Cons:
-Bad SBF Positions.
-Not enough contact.
-Huge issues with mortar tubes need mortars to be tested and sorted for operation before they're used in the op, as we were asked once mortars were a no go to use MAAWS and Anti-Tank, which we had in short supply due to the Sierra's cargo being used up by mortars. If mortars are not applicable to setup by us Godfather should emplace the mortars for us to allow us to use them.
-Questionable section portion of the op to have two elements in a cross fire with a friendly element in a similar camo with enemies mixed in between us.

Former Personnel Within Element:

Pros:
  • Fantastic operation on all points.
  • Each trooper brought something to the table this evening.
  • Squad cohesion on point throughout. Responsive and communicative.
  • Good talking guns. Allowing force multipliers to engage enemy spotted contacts.
  • Continuing to develop members who step up for fireteam leadership.
  • SIERRA phenomenal throughout operation.
  • Working closely alongside additional sierras.
  • Platoon remained highly mobile and aggressive.
  • Credit trooper Blake.H with 2x MI-24 kills.
  • Platoon communication as a whole, clean and concise.
  • Enjoyed the large scope and working with additional gaming group.
  • Server performance rock steady seeing as 90 players.
Cons:
  • AA fire on friendly HOG. Fantastic dodge.
  • Lack of formation calls from FTLs.
  • First glance friendly platoon difficult to PID.
  • Convoy re-stage ahead of advance in front of known enemy contact.
  • x4 Unconscious bug. Had to manually re-uncon to fix. Consistent medical bug.
Additional: As a long standing member this is one of the proudest operations I have had to privilege to be part of. On all levels from zuesing to individual levels, this was a well planned, executed and ran operation. A brilliant showcase of maneuver warfare done properly whilst working on a 2 platoon scale with a separate group. I hope this format continues.

Pros
  • Fantastic placement of contact by Beiter.A, felt realistic and was never overbearing.
  • Huge shoutout to Goel.B for facilitating communication and not making a single mistake. This OP wouldn'tve been possible without him.
  • Awesome to work with another MILSIM unit, would be nice to continue this going forward
  • Company level operation scope gave lots of work to support elements, so everyone seemed engaged. Atlas and Buffalo did a great job.
  • Viking-5 was very efficient in delivering repairs and rearms which enabled the platoon to have almost 0 downtime to vehicle treatments.
  • Stryker Dragoons were very effective working together and coordinating independently with Rodahl.S
  • Great work from the Infantry elements in adapting to contact, 1ICs communicated VERY well and were always attentive.
  • New face, Esparza.B did a great job picking up Chaos. Apologies for a lack of direction from myself. I hope it wasn't frustrating!
Cons
  • More mass casualty situations that expected, was difficult to react to IDF as we were between rocks and hard places.
  • One Blue on Blue incident
  • Mortars bugged out and slowed the pace
  • Some communications / succession of command issues
  • Would have been nice to have one billeted Chaos member come on to help out

I saw no lack of direction whatsoever, in any of our Platoons. Did some random call for fires that all worked for Squad commanders, all really well marked and said, and It wasn't frustrating at all. In fact, I would like to give our Alpha Company my best salute, because those guys are pros in comms and directions as well.
