I have been in many groups throughout the years. Most if not all of which are defunct and no longer operating in any capacity. I was with 2 different units on Arma 2, one of which being a British Army regiment, the other being a Royal Marines unit, I cannot name them off the top of my head nor did they operate a website and mainly worked off of steam and teamspeak. I was with a PMC-based unit on Arma 3, this group also did not use a website. As for Squad I played with two groups, one an informal group operating on discord, not necessarily a milsim group but more a group of players using real-world tactics without any internal military-esque organization. The other was a British Army based group based on the 2 LANCS (2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, before its redesignation), run by a British service member. There was no website associated with this unit. There is probably many more these are just the ones I can recall in 10+ years of playing tactical shooters.
