Raven will be used for scouting primarily and additionally as transport. If they pick up anything important while scouting, they'll relay it through Chaos.

EDIT: Probably don't need Chaos for this one, thinking about it. SPOTREPs can go through 5.

Thank you for the clarification, that makes more sense! Agreed for Chaos, as that role would be for calling in strikes, not controlling aircraft for spot reps.
