Pros:

• Good learning experience for mining.
• Fun!
• Good Comms between lasers and crews
• Security helping with scouting rocks
• Ability to assist each other

Cons:

• Setting percentages for rocks to mine before OP start.
• Public post for Tiered materials list.
• Having to prospecting for rocks.
• Roll call/ Roster posted ahead on OP posting.
• Gear sets before hand.

Pros:
Scouts were very helpful in finding ore to mine which saved time in searching
Dalton was very helpful in moving between the different Moles
We had a super attendance.
Manged to find some really good stuff near the end.

Cons:
Some improvements on comms between ships.
Getting people to meet up at meeting points in good time to start the op
Getting a slotting list on the OPORD for future
