Approved. Discharge lies more than 6 months in the past - SOP is followed. Since the Trooper was discharged 1 day after the LOR was filed, he technically has to serve the remaining 29 days of the 30-day NFA, so the exclusion from any leadership positions would be 119 days instead of 90 days per SOP.
