Pros:

• Great teamwork
• Good amount of contact at OBJ 2 & 3
• CQB at OBJ 2 was very enjoyable
• Lots of contact at OBJ 3
• Ambushes on exfil

Cons:

• Lots of sitting around dong nothing
• someone from my squad just stopped listening to orders and disappeared to do his own thing at OBJ 3.

Pros:

• Excellent communications between the air elements, both on 02 aviation net and internal fixed-wing comms.
• Awesome operation, Beiter really pulled through with catering to all the different elements involved in the mission!
• Good formation flight practice, and good ACM practice in the operation.

Cons:

• One friendly fire incident, Hog 1 was downed by a rogue missile. Unknown from which.

Pros:

• Squad had lots of fun
• Great team to work with
• Great comms relaying what was wrong with patients and who was working on who

Cons:

• Slow start
• Lack of calls for aid getting to 7 led to Atlas being in the dark
• Convoy at the end was a bit lackluster

Pros: we had a lot of fun had some to do like rescueing the fixed wings when thay went down and inserting pacs that had respawn the down time we had we had a blast talking and and having fun whit one another talking and making jokes. the heli crew did a amazing job whit coms when it matterd we talked loud and clear to one another. the misson it self was fun good consept dident see alot of what the infintry did but what i heard form pacs reinserting thay had a blast to.

Cons: no cons from buff-1

Pilot: Corporal Karl Bane

Pros:

• Great coordination between all fixed wing assets.
• Creative solutions to complex problems. IE Raptor-1 drawing enemy AA fire, allowing for Hog-1 to neutralize enemy with impunity.
• Beiter was extremely accommodating with replacement assets, as well as making sure everyone involved had something to do.
• Was able to shoot down my first Mig with guns.

Cons:

• Accidentally shot down Hog-1. Fired an AMRAAM at enemy, it lost lock and targeted Hog-1 instead.
• Not a reflection of anyone other than myself, but crashed multiple times trying to land new F-35.

Pros:

• FUN. Great work Beiter.A
• Really good and rare training opportunity -- too often our operations either don't have many assets or do but are on-life, when you can't experiment too much. Today we got to test out some new tactics for dealing with AAA, dogfighting, etc
• Great teamwork
• INFIDEL Villmarsson.L did a fantastic job, good comms, good awareness, really cool danger close targets

Cons:

• Could have gotten shot down fewer times, but not really a con in this op.

Pros:

• A very challenging OP from a leadership perspective.
• Air assets did terrifically!
• Squad leadership was effective and recovered well from the initial push on Objective 2.
• Objective 3 went incredibly well!
• Overall mission objective completed, no environmental hazard released or NBC contamination.

Cons:

• We needed more time to plan to go into this OP. Heading into an AO with the level of opposition we did requires a more established plan and alternatives in case of failure. Relying on outside info from Objective 1 VIP and FRAGO'ing remaining OBJs was not conducive to success. (Though, to an extent, that was unavoidable with the technical difficulties just before the start).
• MASCAS at objective 2 entirely falls upon my shoulders. The platoon recovered well, but it could have been avoided with more definitive information and preplanning.

Overall this was a phenomenal OP! A "trial by fire," so to say, regarding my leadership.
