Pro:
Good medical by Atlas units
Decent amount of medical work overall
Good comms within Atlas
coordination was good within the operation
Stop half way through to allow full treatment
Good sitreps by Atlas TL's
Good amount of surgical work which differs from past FTX's/ Ops
stykers had a good amount of medical kit in the vics for quick resupply

Con:
Some bleed outs when not under atlas care
Felt like alot of stop and go
Mass Cass coordination
medic overlap in medics
injured being moved by viking squads in direct fire
Some DOA's
PM forgot to place a AED-X in the vics

Pro:

• Great interaction with other sections
• Great positioning and movement between Sierras during assaults and between ORPs.
• Good reappropriation of troopers when trooper numbers reduced
• Effective use of V4 as SBF after loss of infantry.
• Mission completion to tie up the DPMC.

Con:

• Infantry disorganization between sections on objective (compound.)
• Lack of mission critical comms (e.g. objective completion).

Pro:

• Really good communication between the teams and the platoon medic, as always.
• A solid amount of work through the first 1/2-2/3 of the OP.
• An excellent amount of surgical work today, with receptive patients who allowed us to do our full procedure.
• Some folks who don't have a primary medical MOS stood up and did amazing work today.
• We had the OP streamed from our perspective! More visibility!

Con:

• 4-5x DOA on the one MASCAS incident we responded to.
• Latter 1/2-1/3 of the OP was slow through the final assault.

Pros

• Alpha Bravo and Sierra teams all performed exceptionally, with squad members flexing to fill holes in the squad.
• Very good communication on platoon net despite areas of comms saturation
• Lots of good contact, about a battalion's worth of contact
• Good teamwork with VIKING-1 and VIKING-4 when in open ground.
• Nice rhythm with recon -> plan -> attack -> reconsolidate for each objective.

Cons

• Should set proper defensive cordons prior to CQB. CQB could be tightened up, as it was quite chaotic.
• Didn't utilise the cargo space for the Sierra for explosive weaponry/ AT equipment
• A little chaotic internally within the squad command structure late in the operation with uncons and disconnects, but we were able to maintain momentum and relative amounts of order

Pro:

• Smaller and outgunned force succeeded against overwhelming enemy force
• Squad neutralised multiple enemy vehicles; BRDMx3, M113x1,URALx1, MBTx2
• Good fun had all round.
• Successful aggression against enemy positions.
• Top work in ATLAS dealing with multiple injuries at once.
• Clean communications throughout FTX.
• Effective use of force multipliers; Rotary GL, MAAWS, AR, AT4s. Squad would not of survived without these.
• Again good work from Facklam.E with drone observation.
• Appreciate the haste to get the mission file fixed.

Con:

• Under utilised air assets
• Enemies shooting drones down at 500m+
• More in depth initial planning to maintain momentum required.
• Tonight showcased how much SABRE assets are being missed.
• The overall palace breach could of been executed with more gusto.
• Would love to see in the new year the confirmed combine arms FTXs. Confirmed attendance from charlie squads.
• Long range comms, stepping on each other.
