Bravo Troop - Enlist today!
Bravo Troop, 1st Battalion
"First in, Last out!"
Bravo Troop is the second of three Arma 3 companies within 1st Battalion of the 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment. The role that Bravo Troop plays is to function as multi-role infantry and support. Bravo Troop provides battlefield reconaissance via drones and forward observers, operates as Cavalry Scouts/mechanized infantry utilizing Stryker systems, and provides support with the Combat Medics who are highly-trained in our own custom medical mods.
The goal of Bravo Troop
The goal of B/1-7 is to be the premier company with extensive expertise in the fields of medical support, battlefield reconaissance and coordinating air/indirect fire support, maximzing immersion while also fostering a solid balance between realism and fun. At the end of the day we're here to play a game together and the mentality of the Troop being tight-knit is a cornerstone of our ambitions.

Can I get into a AR/MG slot?
Slotting cannot be guaranteed within a squad's ranks, and the roles of Autimatic Rifleman and Machine Gunner require a high degree of coordination and familiarity between a fireteam leader and the gunner. With that being said, the Troop is consistently moving forward so positions will likely open up.
When do you train?
19D - Cavalry Scouts - Sundays at 1900Z
68W - Combat Medics - Sundays at 1900Z
What is the difference between a 'Cav Scout' and mechanized infantry?
Mechanized infantry is just that. They operate with a medium-armored personnel carrier in order to complete infantry-centric objectives. Our Cav Scouts are a hybrid. On top of this expertise, we extensively train them in reconaissance methodologies and tools, probing attacks, movement to contact and screening, forward air control and indirect fire control, etc...
What armored personnel carrier do you use?
We prefer the M1126 Stryker platform with various weapon systems, including the M2 50-caliber system as well as the Mk19 40mm grenade launcher systerm.
What else is unique about Bravo Troop?
We're also the home of DPMC, which takes Squad Practices to a whole new level with Dynamic Persistent Mission Control, where training is driven home with actions and reactions with every decision and outcome of each and every training mission.
