WO1. Hamm.C
2LT. Derry. B

Pros:
  • Kicked ass
  • Challenging LZ's
  • Co-Pilot (WO1. Hamm.C) and Crew Chief (2LT. Derry. B) were amazing and helped out a lot
  • No Blackhawks down

Cons:
  • Little Slow, lot of sitting at base listening to music
  • Probably should have Fast Roped into some of the LZ's
  • Wrong Birds at the start

Pros:
  • Good amount of calls, but not much dispatch.
  • Appreciate the whitelisted arsenal at start of operation.
  • Fun op all around!
Cons:
  • Positioning in between teams was difficult in town because of separation between Misfit-1 and Misfit-2
  • Got left behind at start of operation. Had to get another helicopter to get re-tasked, extending time of insertion and regroup.
  • Everyone needs a CTAB device.
  • Need to coordinate with 6 better when 7 is not present. Learn how to work without.

Pros:

  • Excellent OP
  • Overall, medics performed well
  • Great dispatches from SLs
  • Gann killed me....which I've decided is how he shows his affection? So, I'll take it as a pro.
Cons:
  • Some individual issues with medical performance
  • Coming late is always a little disorienting
  • Squad lanes were not always followed confusing medics attempting to help

Element Callsign: Misfit-4
Element Leader: Corporal Phillips.B

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros:
  • Mission Concept
    • Jungle terrain interesting
  • Mission Accomplished

Cons:
  • Platoon Communication
    • Constant stepping over other communication
    • Speed took precedence over accuracy
  • Fratricide
    • A reminder of the power wielded and the importance of accurate information
    • Unfortunate deflection of blame from parties involved

Element Callsign: Misfit-2
Element Leader: Sergeant Stewart.AJ

7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element:

Pros:

  • Highly enjoyed the jungle warfare as well as all the challenges that come with doing it at night.
    • Not being able to immediately know who is friend or foe, PIDing and suddenly walking up on a friend in the bushes.
    • Enemies had NVGs which was a fresh touch. Made us stay on our toes more with laser discipline
  • Good comms
  • FTLs Sergeant Guerra.J and Corporal Zaren.T kept a clear line between eachother and were in supportive range to assist each other.

Cons:

  • Platoon Comms. We sometimes were unaware of friendlies positioning or got pushed ahead at times without being in supporting range of friendlies.
  • Blue on Blue
    • One of my fireteams actively got shot at by leadership even though we repeatedly told them my troops where directly where he was shooting. No one died or got down, but unaware if some of our injuries were only inflicted by OPFOR.

Good evening Sergeant. Would you please adjust the rank format in the master list of attendees for processing purposes?
So for "1LT.Gann.T" it should be "First Lieutenant Gann.T" for our script to run effectively.

Derry.B Kinser.E for reference
