Talked to this recruit,

He is not in fact reenlisting, he applied earlier but presumably timed out as he had an IRL emergency after applying. He now wishes to enlist rather than reenlist according to my understanding.

Yes and I was looking to join Squad but was told to join Ready or Not because I also play that and the Squad section wasn't up yet, but now that it is I'd very much like to join Squad.
