Pros:
- Lots of targets, enemy cap
- Lots of targets
- Great air assertion, good start.
- Good situational awareness
- Good attendance.
Cons:
- Need to revisit how to approach mission start times. Briefing should be T-30, not at T. Adjusting start time accordingly.
- Need to work on time on targets
- Need to prioritize flight spawning, e.g. F-14s first, then F-18 JURY flight then F18 MISTY etc. - Carrier deck management
- Need to sort out comms. Each flight needs dedicated comms, then common freq. etc.
