Pros:

• Excellent Turnout with 49 Participants for the Operation.
• Relaxed Atmosphere allowed Troopers to play with whomever they wanted to squad up with.
• Great Operation allowed for new friendships, and stronger brotherhood to develop within the 7th Cav.
• Having the Operation Run over an extended Time allowed for more participation and for Troopers to join when they had the availability to do so.

Cons:

• Getting everyone in game at the start of the op was difficult with no Squad List to go off of like we usually do.
• Roll Call after some MC Changes made attention to playing hard for some.
• Not enough in game Party Leaders Kicking people from party for others to join, made others jumping in a hassle.
• Troopers where having to add each other via T17 last minute to get in game, caused delays.

Feedback/Solutions:

• Send out Kick Reminders to Party Leaders for others to be able to join much easier.
• Have set Squad/ Leadership template so everyone has a designated person to join off of, when trying to get everyone in game at the start.
• Have better sign in/ sign out process to help MC keep track of troopers easier. (Possibly by posting or DM).

Overall this Memorial Operation of those who served on D-Day was a Great success for us in the Cav. We had an absolutely fabulous turnout from the Troopers and our brotherhood and new friendships were made stronger.
