• Great OP, easy to understand brief and limitations
• Great coordination amongst squads, small group/7mans etc perfect
• Good communications, marks, pings in-squad and squad-to-squad
• Great reaction time to enemy flank manuevers
• Absolutely killed it

Pros:

• Job well done S3!
• Squad communication was excellent and lead to high combat effectiveness
• 18 vs. 18 is a good number of players for a smaller AO like this
• Limited AO kept the match exciting and action packed
• Reaction to contact was superb
• Despite losing the initiative, squad leaders were able to replace their OPs and retake the point quickly
• Simple briefing, simple operation, simple rules, good times

Cons:

• Our OPs were too close together on the hardpoint

Additional Comments:

• This operation can be extended to more players, but then further assets need to be made available
  • Commander abilities
  • Extended AO
  • Garrisons on the point
  • maybe other assets like tanks and artillery, depending on the number of players
