Pros: Good number of people attended considering the time of the OP. People had fun despite some small confusion.

Cons: Comms errors on Allied side. I plan on using Vanilla comms if we have under 45 people next time.

Pros:
  • good squad and good job flipping into and out of squad for spawns
  • good comms

Cons:
  • running a lot from garrisons
  • AO to small
  • people going outside the AO then coming back in behind us with no opposition because we thought they couldn't do that

Pros:
  • Squad slapped
  • Held a really nice angle covering north and east alleyways
Cons:
  • When wiped the run was slightly too long
  • We wanted to flank more to cover certain attack angles were told to stay going down mid which ultimately lost us the last point

Pros:
  • Good comms/marks by team, excellent coordination amongst FTLs

Cons:
  • Multiple rounds of confusion from one side, running uncorrected with no restarts called.
  • Too much repetition.

Pros:
  • Troopers did well given the circumstances

Cons:
  • 7 Leaders for 19 Troopers
  • Micro managed on element structure
  • Micro managed on tactics
  • Restrictions caused Troopers to be maimed
  • Extreme amounts of rules lead to in real time Trooper confusion
  • Op structure caused both sides to devolve into camping and bad habits we strive to train away from
  • Com structure still supports the idea that leadership gets overwhelmed from vanilla coms and require handicaps

Pros:
  • SL's and FTL's did a great job.
  • Solid work holding key chokepoints
  • Improvised AT gun helped break into main square
Cons:
  • Was a little disheartening with the Allies capping so quick

Solids:
  • There's a glimmer of a good OP in here.
  • Emerson.D and Beat.S's fire teams did great jobs defending the flanks.
  • Konn.G did well with vocal communication despite being at the head of fire team

Improvements/Thoughts

  • OPORD confusion made things harder than they needed to be. (my fault)
  • Garrison spawns made travel time longer and the fight more drawn out than it needed to be.
  • There was a huge leadership and comms organization issue mid-match
  • Too many leaders spoil the broth.
  • Half of the people didn't sign up until the last moment, causing placement confusion.
  • Squad leaders were forced to function as fire team leaders, causing further comms issues.
  • Not enough troop markers on the map and not enough communication as to enemy movements.
  • The OPORD caused confusion regarding when rounds end, how the reset works, and how to deal with niche issues resulting from these interactions.
