On the topic of Logistics, can ATLAS-4 (Logistics) be renamed to stop the confusing comms with ATLAS-1/2 (Medical)?

Not sure when/why the name was changed way back when but I think it used to be APOLLO or HERMES on the old Invade and Annex missions
It's been Atlas 4 for the last 2 years. It is also the call sign for our logistical element in operations

The Halo Jump script on Altis Liberation is still usable when rotary pilots are active. Not sure if this was an intentional change or not since there are now not really any set rotary transport slots anymore.

Not to my knowledge.
Was changed a few map rotations ago, along with the rebranding of specific rotary transport or attack slots into generic “rotary pilot” slots.

There was a stint of time where people where slotting as rotary transport and then flying attack frames (usually slotting as Raven and then running an AH-6) which meant people both didn’t have transport air and couldn’t HALO.

I think this was discussed in this thread a few weeks/months ago and this is the first time since then we’ve been back on the Altis Lib file that was changed. Looking back the discussion happened on/around July 3rd.

#1- Liberation is allowing players to HALO-drop while there are active pilots available and we've been over this before. If they want to HALO drop, pilots- both rotary wing and fixed wing- are happy to provide that service in multiple types of aircraft. This needs to be fixed so our assets and players are being used appropriately and everybody gets combined arms gameplay.

#2- It is always preferable and desirable to have repair/rearm/refuel trucks instead of box stations/facilities.

for takistan H&M i think its bugged. We keep seeing the facepalm animation for literally nothing, there are two of us on and we are simply driving, not engaging anything, not sure the problem,

Me and few others are getting a PBO mismatch with the ace compact and RHS mods. far as I can tell, it hasn't prevented all but one of us from being able to log into the server.

That was my picture from above, I could join before I hadn't updated my Cav Aux Mod. but now that its updated, im getting this error & cant join :(

Medics on the Tanoa Map dont have medical perms to do surgery, stitch, etc. the only way we can get perms is if a Zeus is online and they give it to us, my guess is that the slots arent given the ACE permissions but idk ive tried every Medic slot and all of them are like that this is a big issue and needs to be fixed please.

Issue I've been having the last couple days that I want to bring up.

I've been trying to run Atlas-4 to get the first FOB of this liberation up and running so the rest of this run isn't a complete pain. So the biggest thing I've been having to work on is going out and picking up all the supplies to bring back and build more resources.

However, every time I get on and start running logistics, someone with Zeus access starts to just teleport around and bring every supply crate on the map (randomly spawned ones included) straight back to base. This just leaves be wondering what the point of running Atlas-4 is when Zeus'es are repeatedly making me completely obsolete.

This is in the same vein as the issue I've been having for months where Zeus'es will get on and just start spawning in a bunch of free stuff that is available to be built by the mission file just because nobody wants to put in the effort to actually get the resources for those. What's the point in running a mission file where logistics is a massive factor if it's just going to be ignored and completely bypassed constantly?

I know some of us will spawn stuff in for MCCs and SPs, but that is a little ridiculous and, like you said, largely defeats the purpose of running a logistics role on the server...

I'm sure you could contact anyone in the S3 CoC via forum or discord PM regarding this issue, and they'd be able to resolve it.

Thing is that this kind of behavior has been addressed in this thread before (Lt. Col. Rob on page 8 back in July), but very little was seemingly done to prevent it from continuing to happen. It's widespread enough that it feels more like a systemic issue than an individual one, but if the only solution is for me to be reporting Zeus'es every few days then so be it, but I would rather this conduct got resolved systemically instead having to constantly chase down and punish individuals.

And yes, I know that MCC's and SP's are different. They are outside of the standard mission file and I don't have any real issues with how they get handled for the most part.

Any chance we could look at the amount of IED's that get spawned as currently as -100% Rep some towns can have up to 15+ IEDs with some back to back. Not game breaking but QOL thing

On this note, MCCs often cause our rep to tank since Zeus actions count as player so it's good to reset it once your MCC ends. If any Zeus who runs MCCs doesn't know how to reset rep, I can pass the script along (only works if you have admin login, Zeus alone isn't enough)
