Pros:

• Good self triage and momentum.
• Effective fire missions from air assets to deal with concealed contacts.
• Everyone had fun.
• Effective blocking force
• Succession
• Attaching Gun Teams was very useful

Cons:

• Contact was light at times
• Platoon hitting several objectives at once was risky during a one life.

Pros:

• Overall fun
• Ambush near the end was fun even with several KIA

Cons:

• Lost half of squad to disconnects before the end of the OP, including the RTO
• Terrain did not allow squads to easily mutually support each other

Pros:

• Got called in for fire missions
• Got called in for resupplies
• Got called in for Air Recon
• Everyone had fun.

Cons:

• Radio request/contact was light at times, we use the free time and did our own recon at safe positions.
• Original plan for Buff 1 was to be Angel 1. Idea got changed to send the medics on ground with troops. We could've been busier if no change was made.
• Some of us signed up for the purpose of being Pilot/Crew as Angel 1. But got changed to Buff 1 the day before OP.

Pros:

• Overall fun
• End was fun even though Lucander and I went face down in the muck.

Cons:

• Being Heavy Weapons SL, Plus RTO, plus receiving on the fly changes to the mission that included splitting up my squad into gun teams made me feel like I was herding cats a lot, and trying to figure out what was going on rather than yelling our firing orders and mowing down VC..... TL;DR if it isn't in the brief, and it isn't KISS, it's a con.
