Pros:

  • A turnout of nearly 50 people shows the overall response and a good Cavalry and public player interest.
  • Squad cohesion was on point thoughout.
  • Good aggression and tempo from squad against enemy positions and objectives.
  • Timely and effective spot reps allowed the entire squad to orient and react to contact.
  • Good initiative by troopers when under contact
  • Total immersion achieved by the actions of the entire platoon.
  • Good balance of contact for the assets and size we had.
  • Fantastic fun had by all. Public and Cav members reported this as being one of the best operations ever produced and executed.

Cons:
  • Slightly long halting and start kick off but I fell this added to the overall feel of the operation.
Notes:

This should be a showcase of how to build/oversee a successful operation as reference to any enthusiastic mission builders or controllers.
