Al Rayak, Iran

Briefing
SITUATION:
After an outstanding raid from 1-7CAV last week, the Battalion is poised to secure the entrance to a SCUD Missile Storage facility within the mountains.

MISSION:
B/1-7 is to secure the Dark Plateau and the surrounding roadways near the SCUD facility to allow CBRN and follow-on forces to enter and clear the mountain tunnels.
