Re-asking an Idea on the Team Leader over ASL

While I do remember this being brought up in the past however I would like to bring this idea back for debate. If the Cav is looking to be MilSim why not get away from the idea of an Assistant Squad Leader which isn't a thing in Infantry squads. There is only a Squad Leader and two Team Leaders. Sometimes there is a third Team Leader within the squad as needed.

Another think I don't full understand with the Cav Requirements is the Rank Restrictions. I have seen for Team Leaders anything from PFC to SGT. The Squad Leader could be a SPC to a SSG.

I'm not trying to pick a fight, I just want to bring up an idea.
