Pros:
Good to do some PJ work very much enjoyed the chance
Good Decent amount of medical for type of mission
Nice to do some work with Alpha Co

Cons:
Would like to see better awareness of basic first aid/ stabilization for in combat zone
ACRE Radios need to be gone and replaced with TFR with over a year of issues.

Pro:

• Fun Design
• Coordination within flights was good
• Execution was strong until CSAR

Con:

• Communication struggle with ACRE
• Improvement needed on situational awareness (never stop moving unless you are in cover)
• More targets for X4 DAP to truly employ the frames

Pro:

• Great communication and teamwork between eagles to buddy lase and take out AA threats.
• Eagles enjoyed the mission plan and working with rotary pilots to clear the AO.
• Enjoyed the CSAR aspect although the comms made it tough to pass the message along of downed pilots.

Con:

• ACRE per the usual however element kept dropping radios on respawn and did not have any issues with element comms.
• All eagles were shot down shortly after takeoff due to close proximity of AA threats to base and little time to enable systems for attack but after the threats were minimized eagle flight had no further downed birds and worked well to engage and destroy the rest of the threats.
• Eagles were told there was probably going to be a large red air threat coming from the mainland which Eagle was prepped for however that threat never came which left Eagles desiring more towards the end.
• Eagles originally spawned with F/A-18F variants which are heavily bugged and only E variants should be used.

Pro:

• Enjoyed CSAR style role/mission.
• Got some really good medical advice/knowlege from our Atlas team.
• Excellent effort to overcome terrible comms technical issue by relaying comms between crew members.
• Always very nice to have fully crewed bird.

Con:

• ACRE comms continue to be a MAJOR problem in the training servers that needs to be fixed ASAP. I never see this problem in the public server, but in the training servers you can count on problems basically every time. Very frustrating.
• Unfortunate crash likely due to refuel probe hitting ground which causes explosion. Unavoidable due to lag spike right as stabilizing in hover and instructing Atlas members to hover-jump. (Note- landing H-60 w/ refuel probe on sloped terrain is finicky and can result in catastrophic explosion and total loss of aircraft if not ultra careful.)
