Pros:

• Good Comms between Hipper 1,2 and to Dagger Flight
• Lucius was a great gunner following target call outs direction while calling out target IDs to confirm
• Some leads had to download and install starcomms in the day but the program allowed a quick and simple setup
• Fighters provided a great screen to allow the gunships to focus on heavy targets.

Cons:

• Op was stalled sadly due the server having a very rare 30k. Due to IRL time limits it put operation numbers below a level which would not of been useful or enjoyable and endex was called.
• Learning experience for the OIC - During brief going over a step by step of each phase of a operation. Creation of a image focused OPORD would be useful for Lead to understand what they are looking for and what to expect.
• When mission moves to different phases OIC should make directed orders to Lead to progress to next phase rather than have them following screen prompts. Maintaining a flow of comms not only confirms that leads are listening but that during phase changes ace reports can be done as well.
• Ace reports should be done after each major engagement. if units must pull out of the AO then the Battle Group much converge while awaiting the return of units from RRR.
