Pros:

  • Great game, first victory in Vietnam!
  • Comms were very clean on every channel, no unnecessary chatter, good call outs.
  • We had very good map control the entire game
Cons:
  • We need to work on AT. Their tanks were running all over the cap and it seemed like we struggled to take them out.
  • We needed another squad to flex south when they were in our backline. They wiped our logi team out.

  • great flow of combat being able to swap from offence to defence.
  • Amazing comms, great flow of combat being able to swap from offence to defence.
Cons:

Pros:

  • 7 garrisons, 16 outposts destroyed.... I mean.... Couldn't have asked for a better performance from myself!
  • Flares were great tonight. Got a lot information on enemy flow, spawns and overall attacks with them.
  • Command comms was a little cluttered, yes, thats a Pros! It was but with great calls and great comments. I loved that somethings we were challenging each other on calls. I think it made us better overall.
  • Hellicopter did a great job roaming around, killing boats and tunnels. This task is very hard and they acheived it very well.
  • Love the medics. All our medics were very good tonight and got a lot of res. This is a crutial role in vietnam.
Cons:
  • We didn't 5-0 them.
Boats are easy to kill. Some stayed too long on the map. Just send an AT with 2 rockets.

Pros:

  • Thoroughly enjoyed taking out boats and tunnels form the helicopter.
  • Excellent comms throughout the match.
  • Great use of helicopters by command to put pressure on enemy forces.
Cons:
  • Nothing to add.

Pros:
  • Victory !
  • We saw some improvements compared to the first match.
  • Great sense of timing regarding when to consolidate on defense.
  • Good map control, the frontline was reestablished when we were weak or collapsing on one side. Seems like different teams held their assignments.
  • Saw great things from the helicopters, destroying boats, delivering supplies and troopers all around, spotting. Great job.
Cons:
  • We need to get faster on killing those boats when spotted (rockets).
  • Should focus a little bit more our Zone Of Control within the 4-grids.

Pros:
  • Excellent, decipherable command communications. Although busy, I could hear myself think! It was never overly crowded.
  • Great teamwork and effort overall, almost everything we did was expertly planned and executed. The enemy team was outgunned and outplayed, but it wasn't from a lack of effort from the enemy team.
  • Great game, enjoyable experience this beautiful Friday evening.
Cons:
  • I would have preferred at least one additional squad member with me. Being a part of the logistics team, it's important to have easy, mobile supplies at a moments notice, which I was not able to have. During the match, Mix had asked me a couple of times to build garrisons to which I had no realistic means to do so. Maybe moving forward, we make it mandatory to have two man squads for logistics.

Pros:
  • Winning is fun
  • Effective command comms, although loud at times
  • Use of helicopters for quick deployment at match beginning to set up the front line on the enemy side of the point was big in setting us up to cap.
Cons:
  • Outflanked from the river most of the match. Resulted in the squad defending from infantry attacks at the rear and unable to respond to most of command's requests for mortar strikes.
  • The only requests for mortars came from command. Suggest more emphasis be placed on infantry squads to calling for mortar fire support as area denial or suppression. Otherwise we can only guess where to fire based on friendly locations, map markers, or commander callouts.

Pros:
A. Great comms! Best I think I've ever witnessed personally. I think when it comes to comms we very much nailed it.
B. Mix did fantastic making sure we knew what we needed to do as a team and our team did fantastic making sure we did what he said,
never seen the cav move so quick to switch between offense and defense.
C. Our back line defense and fall back garries were great. Garries were placed very well! Had them get behind us only a couple times and both times it didn't take long until they were cleared.
D. Our front line held very well most of the game as well as just having a pretty solid structure.
E. Overall strategy was executed VERY WELL.
F. Doss and I worked very well as a two man and Kenton made a good decision having me be the SL to go behind enemy lines, Doss did great helping me take out 3 to 4 garries and take out about 4 to 5 tunnels as well as a boat and its supplies it dropped. We were just behind the enemy taking out all their infrastructure as well as hurting their tanks, sometimes before they even got near friendlies. SHOUT OUT DOSS!! (Also Swanson was back there doing a lot with us too, shoutout Swanson).

I could keep going cause we just did that good but I'll leave it there on the pros.

Cons:
I feel like at least at a few points in the match we had a bit of a lack of more front facing garries, made it a bit hard to get back in the fight quickly after my OP went down.

Pros:

  • Deliberate team movement enabled us to steadily push forward in synch with each other
  • CMD Chat RTO procedures were good but at times I felt we reported too much and it cluttered the channel
  • Defensive play was really good, we didn't fight over the same ground twice; everyone adapted well and knocked down rear area threats as they presented
Cons:
  • Cluttered command chat at times
  • Need to replace garrisons faster, better resupply procedures
  • Need to understand that we had a natural barrier with that river on the west and wall on the east which helped us a lot in slowing their flanking actions and keep that in mind for the next match, solution would be to move in more of a box formation if we can pull it off-everything depends on METT-TC though

Pros:

  • First victory on Vietnam!
  • Great teamwork all around
  • We did a great job defending west side of the point.
Cons:
  • Command chat may have been cluttered in the second half
  • First time TL on my part. Focused a lot on my squad movement. Should have communicate more within our team.

Pros:

  • Excellent command comms
  • 2LT Lewis was an excellent co-pilot
  • Great utilization of the supply helo throughout the match
  • Strategy to utilize helos for anti-boat purposes was a great idea
  • Mix always made sure we had helos available when needed
Cons:
  • I crashed too many times

Pros:

  • Each team was more or less tracking their mission and executing as asked. This kept us balanced on defense and provided constant pressure on the enemy.
  • Consistent fall back garrisons kept us from getting in trouble on defense
  • Good turnout
  • Great attitude and effort. Very pleased with the teams over all vibe
  • Massively out shot the enemy. Get wrecked other communities!
Cons:
  • Too many no call no shows. We need to improve on this.
  • Opened a gap on the west side of the objective that allowed the enemy to pressure us and stay in the game. Need to improve on front line cohesion.
  • Use of helicopters was undercooked. Need to spend time solidifying how we want to employ them.
  • Some issues with garrison spacing
  • 81 kills but 18 TKs. If I could have gotten one more TK I'd have had 100 kills total.
