Pros:

• No losses under care
• Had multiple red tags and MASCAS throughout the Op
• Got to shoot some bad guys here and there
• Smoking cigars is cool

Cons:

• The op felt awkward tonight due to sporadic contact throughout the Op
• The air assault part of the Op felt unnecessary since we only inserted once
• We had a blu on blu incident with a Buffalo during the start of the Op
• The IED threat didn't feel genuine because of how random its placements were and also how it essentially was along the path to the objective wherever we went
• Lots of map bugs tonight with random Greenfor markings popping up throughout the Op

Pros:

• Very fun OP! The team gelled well as a Weapons Section, picked our engagements very well and killed/destroyed numerous enemy vehicles (Including an airborne Mi-8) as well as over a platoon of infantry.
• FLT's won the day in M4, excellent team-team coms and working together.

Cons:

• MASCAS on M4 because we we all clustered on the same roof and picked a fight with a BMP and lost.

Pros:

• No Black Tags
• The boys shot things
• The boys captured a Bomb Maker/Saboteur
• We stepped up and became the assaulting element
• Echoed a bunch of IED's
• Took out the spotter on top of the Hotel
• I WAS ONLY SHOT ONCE! - personal

Cons:

• One trooper was confused about having Russians, Insurgents, S Vests and marines. Somethings were not found on the opord, But I feel like its normal issues you may find in a arid area.

Pros:
COC (Chain of Command) held perfectly when casualties were taken - Russell
Coms were great throughout - Wagner
Movements were pretty good overall - Russell
Fireteams stepped up and took more responsibility when tasked in the moment - Carr
Cons:
Multiple troopers (Bosley, brother Hox/Darmody, Clegg, Miller) expressed the same concern - wished for more contact, feeling underutilized in their security/hold positions even though areas were locked down effectively. One notable incident: when the bird went down, half of Alpha was lost as a result. Bunching up during movement was flagged repeatedly (Russle, Wagner), and there was too much talking on comms during the flight en route. Rrederick noted the platoon needs more spacing during movement, especially when moving through IED areas. Carr noted squads need to better communicate their positions to one another so fireteams know where adjacent elements are at all times.
