Pros:
- Communication throughout the OP. The layout of discord for each group w/ SRS for the lead of each group worked perfectly. Comms were professional.

• For the first time running the event, I felt that although there was lessons learned, everyone did a great job and had an obvious understanding of their task, which were carried out w/ little to no questions or confusions.
• The effectivenss of the rally was great, everyone was ready, and allowed time for me to explained the phases of the mission.

Cons:

• Although lessons learned, I couldve scouted some more YT videos for the mission, and found out that the Aft IDRIS hanger door did not open, and instead have immeditely targeted the main Bow hanger doors of the Idris. This wasted a lot of time, and could've allowed the OP to run smoother.
• Loot storage presented its own logistical challenges, and next time it is imperative to bring Store-All SCU boxes for easier looting instead of the method used after the Idris was seized.
• Player Casualty. While I did not want to get involved in PvP, or order the destruction of another, non-threat player, I had to order the destruction of a player that was causing the Idris to move after re-jumping into AO.
• Lots of attendees did not read the event post before starting the OP, which would've answered a lot of questions. I myself do not do it either sometimes. Going forward, including myself, I will ensure that I read through the entirety of an Event Post to ensure a prepared understanding of my role, and any questions I may have regarding the OP.

Overall great OP, and I'm glad y'all enjoyed it.
