Problem solved! In Steam, r/click on HLL and select Properties. Under 'General' there is a space for Launch Option. I put in -dx12 into the box and that solved the problem. Thanks to CPL. Huber for the information on that. Now it seems I need to get a better graphics card as by GeForce 9800...

Hello all. Does the cool-down timer for supplies dropped by those in the Support role decrease as you level up or is the cool-down time a fixed amount? Thank you in advance for your response.
