It is a tragic irony, I have faced this myself many years ago and I have found that the person's conducting the interview are afraid of themselves being replaced and may not want to take on a person who maybe more competent and experienced or
possibly the employer may wish to keep less experienced and easily to use workforce to keep cost at a low or for the fact that they know the pool they draw from are more malleable.
1. Never give up as you never know what the future holds. 2. To fail does not make you a failure but teaches you to do better in the future and how to 'reinvent' yourself and your life. 3. There ain't no shame in struggling and being poor as money comes and goes like the ocean tides (The happier people I have met have been poor and not wanting material things)
