Pros:
  • Very smooth start, well coordinated and quick
  • Good flexing to get garrisons up quickly and proactive supply drops by troopers
Cons:
  • Lost gunfights
  • Outflanked early and were never really able to establish a cohesive line.

Pros:
  • A lot of positivity was felt throughout the event, regardless of whatever situation we were in
  • People were openly communicating throughout the event, and it was felt through my squad which helped us reposition as needed
  • Red Team meat grinder did exactly that, we provided a lot of pressure and had great push and communications within the unit
  • It was awesome to see the cross rating and having tankers fill our infantry billets, it helps out a ton and helps work on team cohesion!
Cons:
  • We were very slow as a team to respond to other squads callouts for fallbacks and infantry response to tanks/point defense.
  • We built garries ~180M from the point which led to us having to trek across open fields to get to the point, if we had built them farther out and built the defense garries closer to point it would have allowed us to redeploy directly on to the point for fast response.
  • They outflanked us for a majority of the match, we had a lot of focus on north, and had poor response to the southernly flank.

Pros :
  • We tried our best to counterflank, hunt garrisons and establish flanking pressure on the offensive point.
  • EXFOR is really enjoyable and I had a great unit to work with.
  • Shoutout to Gruen who spotted a lot of tanks, supply trucks and garrisons, overall good placements, worth noting.
  • Our team was well organized and ready to start at the top of the hour like always.
Cons :
  • No real cons.
Notes :
  • They were really good at placing garrisons with minimal supplies (supports) and halftracks, even if we destroyed a lot of them they were fast at reestablishing them.
  • They placed well their MGs to cover open areas and avenues of approaches on defense.

Pros:

  • We had a really good initial push and placed ourselves well, contesting all the correct areas. The initiative was pretty much a wash, and we contested the center point for a long time, going toe-to-toe with them for more than 15 minutes on the initial capture.
Cons:
  • We got outshot pretty decisively. When that is happening, you need to slow down, peak corners, and play tactically. Once you've been out-positioned, you need to trade some blows back and forth the enemy and grind it out until you get a few wipes. Then rush in and take the enemy OPs. Easier said than done, but it's what needs to happen.
  • Not being allowed to bring our third tank is a big deal, and it really hinders the things have built here. It's the biggest drawback of these events--having to rely on our opponents to bring the proper numbers and teams.
  • As the match devolved, gaps started forming and people stopped forming up the line. I got outflanked from multiple directions all night because of the big gaps we had in our lines. Spreading out doesn't do you any good if you don't have someone covering your flanks enough to actually accomplish anything.

Pros:
  • People still had lots of fun.
  • Had good early start at match getting map control.
Cons:
  • Could have played more together instead of being spread apart to much .
  • Could of request more AT support from infantry to help take out tanks.

PFC.Walls.O

Pros:
  • Team's opener was great, we got everything down as we planned out beforehand.
  • Green team was well organized and we had very few times where there was no OP to spawn on between the 3 SL's.
  • My squad worked well together and were very quick to follow orders.
  • Team did great overall.
  • Love the Cav!
Cons:
  • Nothing major enough for me to mention. Mostly things about my own performace TBH.

Pros:
  • Great start to the match
  • Always fun to play FnF's with the Cav!
Cons:
  • Line needed some work, felt like the majority of the game had our team spawning off 1 or 2 garrisons, causing us to ball up and allowing the enemy to flank freely.
  • Team roles seemed to kind of fall apart between red blue and green.
  • Outgunned tonight, I know for myself a lot of that is rust and being use to a different playstyle in Vietnam.
