ONE LIFE OPERATION
SITUATION:
1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT Ironhorse) is drawing down in the Federation of Alexandria. 1-7CAV is tasked with ensuring the destruction of Combat Outposts (COP) and Camps that will not be utilized by Alexandria's National Army (ANA). 2/C/1-7 Misfit Platoon has almost completed closing Camp McGehee, however due to a troops in contact (TIC) in the capitol city, the Task has slowed. Contingency plan is in place to have Stryker Elements from 2/B/1-7 Viking Platoon move to and extract the remaining US personnel from Camp McGehee, and ensure destruction of all facilities in the Camp.
MISSION:
Viking to move from COP Muska to Camp McGehee to assist remaining Misfit elements with destruction of the Camp. ICOMM chatter in Mandol and the surrounding mountains poses potential risk for TIC, and with assets already engaged 15km South, limited CAS and ISR is available. END STATE is achieved upon complete destruction of all weapons, equipment, and facilities inside of Camp McGehee.
